I’ve been teaching Reiki since 2016, and I love guiding my students and bearing witness to all the countless wonderful ways in which their lives are enhanced and transformed at each stage of their learning journey.

The style of Reiki I teach is the Usui/Holy Fire, which adds a new dimension to Reiki healing whist retaining all the original teachings and full lineage back to the founder of Reiki, Usui.

I teach Reiki either one-to-one or in groups of up to two people. This allows me to support each student more closely and work with their specific needs, goals and experience. If you have never had a healing session with me before, I recommend coming for at least one before the workshop begins, so that we can meet and you can experience my approach first-hand.

During and after each Reiki course, it is common to experience significant energy shifts. To help them settle into their new state of being and consolidate what they have learnt, I ask all my students to engage in a daily Reiki healing practice for at least three weeks after each workshop (a lifelong commitment for Master students!), so please make sure you can make time for this before committing to a course.

Workshops are held in Sydenham, South-East London, and include a comprehensive manual, a certificate and light refreshments.
